Due to the perishable nature of our premium beef, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer replacements or refunds for any order that does not meet our quality standards. If your delivery arrives damaged or thawed, please contact our ranch team within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately check your vacuum-sealed steaks to ensure they are cool to the touch and that the packaging remains intact.
Document Issues
If there is a problem with your order, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping box, including the shipping label and any damage.
